Delete or copy your information

You can ask us to delete your information, send you a copy, correct it, or stop contacting you. This covers forms you sent us and calls you made to a business whose calls we track.

What happens next

1. We contact you at the email or phone number you gave, to confirm the request is yours.
2. We find your records, including any call recordings and transcripts.
3. We answer within 45 days and tell you what we did.

Good to know

• Calls to a business: if you called a business that uses Proven & Found, that business also holds the lead. We delete our copy and tell you that you can ask the business too.
• What we must keep: billing records stay for 7 years for tax and accounting. We keep only what the law requires.
• Asking for someone else: an authorized agent can make a request. We will ask for proof that you have permission.
• No penalty: we will not treat you differently for making a request.
