How we use AI
Last updated October 23, 2026
We use AI in three places, and a person reviews everything before it reaches a client's customers or a client's bill.
1. Call transcripts and lead checks
Calls to tracked numbers are recorded after a notice, then transcribed and analyzed by AI providers to note what the caller asked for. A person reviews every recording before a call is counted or billed. See the call recording notice.
2. Checking AI answers
For our AI-answer (AEO) work, we ask engines such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity the questions a client's customers ask, and save dated screenshots of the answers. Those screenshots are the proof a client pays on. A person checks each one.
3. Drafting
AI tools help us draft ads, video scripts, web pages and reports. A person edits and approves every draft before it is published or sent.
What we never use AI for
- Writing fake reviews or posting as a client's customers.
- Pretending to be a person on a call or in a text.
- Deciding on its own what a client is billed.
