Accessibility statement

Last updated October 23, 2026

We want every business owner to be able to read this site, compare our prices and apply, whatever device or assistive technology they use. Our goal is to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.

What we have built in

  • Type set in Atkinson Hyperlegible, a typeface designed for readers with low vision, at a large default size.
  • Text and buttons colored to meet the WCAG contrast ratios.
  • A "Skip to content" link and a visible focus outline, so every page works from the keyboard.
  • A label on every form field, and error messages that say what to fix.
  • Text descriptions on images, including the dated screenshots we use as proof.
  • Less motion for visitors who turn on "reduce motion" in their device settings.

How we check

We test pages with an automated checker (axe) and by hand with a keyboard. The last full check was on October 21, 2026. We re-check when we add or change a page.

What we know still needs work

  • Booking calendar: the scheduling calendar on our contact page is provided by Calendly and may not fully meet WCAG. If it gives you trouble, ask us and we will book a time with you directly.
  • Screenshots of other websites: our proof images show pages from Google, ChatGPT and Gemini as they appeared. We describe each one in text, but we cannot change the original page.

Ask for help or tell us about a problem

If anything on this site is hard to use, contact the message form on our contact page. Tell us the page and what happened. A person will reply within one business day, and we will give you the information or complete the step with you another way, such as by phone or email.
